We are problem solver’s who use all the tools in our toolbox drawing from the extended Creative Team when unique situations arise.

Experience

Our skilled team of Qualified Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) Professionals have participated in a wide range of transportation, civil engineering and institutional projects; demonstrating expertise in the areas of highways, bridges, toll plaza facilities, drainage, utilities and buildings. With over 300 years of combined Experience, our Senior Project Engineers, Project Administrators, Contract Support Specialists, Inspectors and Resident Compliance Specialists are recognized among the top in our industry.

Adaptability

As our Industry embraces the newest technology, it is imperative that we Adapt and transform our methods of project delivery by not only utilizing the clients latest software but creating our own as we take our place as a leader in the new electronic age. Creative establishes a Sharepoint site for every project allowing for collaboration from near and far. We have developed Apps to better facilitate third damage reporting, generate a Weather Letter, track progress photos with geo-tagging and create and update the punch list as issues occur and subsequently corrected. Creative has 2 certified UAS pilots to allow for high level photos and inspection of inaccessible locations; check out photos for the US 27 and JTB projects utilizing this technology. We continue to invest in innovative technologies with more Apps in production.

Mentoring

At Creative, we invest in the future as we Mentor our existing employees to achieve their advancement goals and hire new graduates to gain needed experience as they make their mark on the world. We sponsor youth activities and our members coach youth sports, serve as Problem Captain in a local student problem solving competition, and host Engineering magnets in project tours. Creative hosts a booth at the Career days festival at the South Florida Fairgrounds every year in hopes of encouraging young people to consider a career in our industry.
