Al Miller

Mr. Miller has more than 32 years of construction experience. His superior problem-solving approach is borne from his multifaceted experience including serving as the contractor’s field representative and Project Manager, the Department of Transportation’s Quality Assurance Manager and both the CEI Senior Inspector and Project Administrator. He enjoys working on challenging FDOT Complex Category II (CCII) Bridges as well as Highway Widening and Reconstruction projects. Mr. Miller’s pro-project approach of bringing designers, contractors, and major stakeholders together to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact that project has allowed him to repeatedly deliver projects on time and within budget; his excellent track record amply demonstrates his leadership quality. Mr. Miller has been with Creative since 2008 and worked on several major projects including Atlantic Blvd., Spanish River Interchange, PGA Ramp Blvd Replacement project and Glades Road Improvement project as Project Administrator.  His profound understanding of contract administration makes him invaluable to any team. Mr. Miller is currently serving as Project Administrator on a $168 Million Palm Widening project on Florida’s Turnpike. Al is an animal lover and avid sports fanatic who enjoys watching NBA and NFL games but best loves time with his family as he is the proud grandfather of four wonderful preschoolers.
