About Our Comptroller
Mrs. Thummal is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida, brings more than 30 years of experience in financial accounting, cost accounting and internal auditing. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Madras, India and is a Chartered Accountant from India. She has been with Creative since 2012. Mrs. Thummal is extremely knowledgeable and possesses the attention to detail needed to be successful with the CITS® process having submitted multiple monthly invoices on various CEI service contracts for Florida Department of Transportation District Two, District Four, District Six and Turnpike Enterprise over the past 9 years. Her current responsibilities include vendor management, client management and payroll management. She is an expert in monitoring several concurrent Task Work Orders under existing Inspection Support Contracts with Florida Department of Transportation. Devi enjoys listening to music and spending time with the family.
