William Causey, P.E.

Mr. Causey, after receiving an Honorable Discharge from the United States Marine Corps in 2002, earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2006. He is a registered professional engineer in the State of Florida and Georgia. Prior to joining Creative, Mr. Causey successfully delivered award winning Sister’s Creek Bridge Replacement project in Duval County as Project Engineer. His experience includes projects working on multiple types of contract delivery methods such as Design Build, Design Bid-Build projects and including FDOT Complex Category II (CCII) Bridges. Mr. Causey has been with Creative since 2017 and worked on FTBA and ACEC award winning Earman River Emergency Bridge Repair and Resurfacing project in the City of Starke in Bradford County.  Mr. Causey is currently serving as Senior Project Engineer on the diverging diamond interchange project at JTB Blvd @ San Pablo.  Rusty enjoys spending time with the wife and two wonderful sons, going out to Jacksonville Jaguars games and coaching youth baseball.
