Creative establishes a Sharepoint site for each project that replicates the Department's ProjectSolve site. This allows for ease of sharing and review with all Team members.

Creative has 2 certified unmanned aerial pilots on staff to better facilitate aerial photography which allows our experts from Miami to Jacksonville to work together in real time when needed eliminating travel delays.

Creative has developed Power Apps that allow direct submittal of field information to appropriate office staff to eliminate errors in translation (both literally and figuratively), to generate repetitive templates such as the Weather Letter, and coming soon, the punch list from discovery of issue to resolution of issue.

Creative has created a tracking App for training certifications that reminds individuals and managers 180 days before a certification expires allowing sufficient time to schedule renewal to avoid expired certifications from effecting a project.

Creative tracks training of all employees in the database. Notifications are sent out 180 days prior to a
certification expiring to the training manager, employee and their supervisor. Training manager finds class
options for the employee and coordinates scheduling the class prior to expiration. Employees are assigned
to a project in the database so that project specific reports like this one can be produced for the client.
Employees can use the App to see their upcoming classes. Win, Win!
